Extension of departure time after 11am, or departure date can be arranged with the Reception at least 24 hours in advance.

All inquires for the above, will receive a response within 24 hours

Guarantee
(1-4 rooms booked)
To secure rooms, please arrange for a deposit of one night's room rate, in cash, money order or a credit card.

(5 rooms and above booked)
To secure rooms, please arrange for Full payment, in cash, money order or a credit card at least 4 weeks prior to arrivals.

No-shows
(1 - 4 rooms booked)
All no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of an equivalent of one night's room rate.

(5 rooms and above booked)
- No refund will be given if guest stayed only for 1 night.
-50% cancellation charge apply to all rooms for the duration of the stay (stay more than 2 nights)

Cancellations (FIT 1-4 rooms)
Advance notice is required for all cancellations:
1. at least 72 hours before arrivals.
2. cancellation within 72 hours - advanced deposit will be forfeited.

Group Cancellations (5 Rooms and above)
1. Advance notice is required for at least 4 weeks prior to arrivals.
2. For cancellation less than 4 weeks or in case of no show 50% cancellation charge for the whole stay apply (guest stay more than 1 night)
3. For cancellation less than 4 weeks or in case of no show, no refund will be given (guest stayed for 1 night only).

Refunds
Criterion Hotel reserves the right to refuse refunds when the cancellation conditions are not met.

Method of Payment
Most major credit cards, travellers check and cash for payments. No personal checks are accepted.
